Hybrid perovskite-based light-emitting diodes and method of manufacturing the same
Title of Invention
Hybrid perovskite-based light-emitting diodes and method of manufacturing the same
Technology
We developed in the proposal represent a new paradigm for hybrid perovskite-based LED of a conventional OLED architecture. In previous reports, the maximum brightness of hybrid perovksite-based LED exhibits 20,000 cd/m2 approximately. In our research presented two critical parameters, feasibly accomplished with the fabricating procedures, to markedly enhance the device performance. A hybrid perovksite-based LED exhibits a peak LE of 15 cd/A biased at 8.5 V, 407.65 mA/cm2, >65,300 cd/m2, posing the design and development of the highly bright and efficient perovskite-based LEDs for real applications.

Benefits
We can be mixed perovskite light-emitting diode brightness from the literature today, the maximum brightness of 20,000 cd / m2 increased to 65,300 cd / m2 or more, which is unprecedented new breakthrough. Technology is relatively easy, and can be applied to the industry. This hybrid perovskite material has also been used in solar photovoltaic cells, which is a very popular theme in recent years, by the academic community and the industry attention.
