技術摘要
|
LIB矽陽極的儲電容量理論上可達傳統石墨的10倍以上。但是充、放電時的體積變化大,造成矽碎裂,暴露大表面積又失去彼此導電通路。本發明方法可以減緩 矽陽極的碎裂,以維持高儲電量。

現有技術問題及其缺陷描述
|
- Nanostructured silicon is too expensive.
- Coating of silicon with conductive carbon helps maintain electrical conductivity but does not prevent silicon from pulverization, which exposes fresh silicon surfaces and consumes limited supply of lithium inside a packaged lithium ion battery.
- Synthesis of partially oxidized silicon particles requires very high temperature and is expensive.

- To protect silicon core from breaking into smaller pieces.
- To allow silicon to react with lithium while maintaining physical integraity of the silicon anode.
- Reduce the effective surface area of silicon so that the consumption of lithium for forming SEI is reduced.
